Abstracts

The registration form is now closed. We have received more than 220 abstracts in following categories. All abstracts have been reviewed and selected to be part of the scientific program, either as an oral presentation or as an ePoster. See all details in our iPlanner. We thank all abstract authors as well as the abstracts reviewing committee for their engagement.

Congratulations to the winners of the award for Best Poster Presentation and Best Oral Presentation. The awards go to:

  • Best Poster Presentation: Maddalena Macedoni, Italy – eP152: The impact of COVID-19 in type 1 diabetes and ketoacidosis incidence in pediatric age.
  • Best Oral Presentation: Tenele Smith, Australia – 012 in children and adults with type 1 diabetes using multiple daily injections giving 125% of the insulin to carbohydrate ratio using aspart insulin improves postprandial glycemia following a high fat, high protein meal.

Both winners will be awarded a free ISPAD membership!
