Registration Fees

Our fee structure has been thoroughly revised in order to make the ISPAD 2020 Virtual Conference more accessible for those who do not come from High Income Countries (as per World Bank classification) and thus, encourage a broader and more representative attendance.

The fee corresponding to your country of origin will automatically apply during the registration process when filling in the fields.

The registration for the ISPAD 2020 Virtual Conference is handled by K.I.T. Group Switzerland AG and not subject to VAT except for delegates with a swiss invoice address for whom a 7,7% VAT rate is included in the registration  fee.

To benefit from the reduced fee, the ISPAD 2020 Registration Department may request a proof of profession or occupation.

You will receive from us a separate email if needed. The following proofs may be required:

* To be able to register as a student, fellow or trainee, you must present proof of full-time enrollment at a recognised university or college for both the time of registration and during the conference.

* To be able to register as a nurse, educator, dietician or other healthcare professionals a supporting letter with business letterhead, signature and stamp from your Head of Department is required describing your status for both the time of the registration and for the time of the conference. Alternatively, you can submit a copy of your registration or practising certificate or an ID from your institution if your profession is stipulated on it.

* To benefit from the ISPAD Member Registration Fee you should have a valid membership for both the time of registration AND during the conference. Please make sure to renew your membership if necessary (Membership year runs from June 30 to July 1). Click here for more information about ISPAD Membership.

Group Registration

Registrations for 10 or more persons will be handled separately as a group booking. Please fill in the Group Booking Form and send it to the ISPAD 2020 Registration Department. For further information please read the Group Booking Procedure or contact us at registration-ispad2020@kit-group.org. Please kindly note that there is no discount for group registrations available.

Group requests will be considered until October 1, 2020, 24:00 CET (names, required participant data and payment in full must be made until October 10, 2020) to guarantee a smooth procedure. After that date, only individual online registration will be possible.

Media and Press

If you are a journalist and wish to attend the conference, please kindly send an email to registration-ispad2020@kit-group.org to apply for a free registration.

Registration and Payment

The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration form or completed online registration as well as the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. After receiving your registration and payment in full the ISPAD 2020 Registration Department will send out an official confirmation/invoice by email. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.

The full registration fee includes:

  • entry to all virtual sessions
  • entry to the virtual exhibition area
  • access to the ePosters
  • your certificate of attendance
